Resolving computer problem remotely

As for me, many friends will call me up when they face a computer problem. Unlike the past, if a friend's computer has a problem, you actually do not have to go all the way to the other's home, as long as the network is normal, isn't it convenient? Do check the following useful, and FREE tools :
