Changing SMS Center for Android.

Recently having problem to send SMS from my Nexus S after changing the SIM to TuneTalk SIM. After doing some research, the following method works. Just want to post it here so that whoever need help can benefit here.

1. Dial *#*#4636#*#*
2. Select "Phone Information" then browse to the bottom for SMSC.
3. You cannot enter the SMS center number strait away to the box here. For example : +60193900045.
4. You need to convert the SMS center number to PSU using the following URL :
    http://www.twit88.com/home/utility/sms-pdu-encode-decode
5. Browse to the bottom and enter "+60193900045" in SMSC. Leave the Receiver empty, Alphabet Size as 7, and message as empty, and click convert.
6. enter the first 16 character(eg. : 07910691930040F5) into your phone SMSC and click update.

Try the above, as it work for me for my TuneTalk and Nexus S.
